Walton on the Naze

Walton on the Naze Outing 14 July 2022 There were six members and we enjoyed the outing but it was quite difficult to get good photographs. It was sunny but not too hot, although a bit windy. I like to take photographs of insects, but it is not easy. Other possible pictures were of the seas, cliffs and landscape. The Naze Tower is a historic 86 feet landmark, built in 1720. It had eight floors and art gallery and museum. I didn't know so I didn't go there. Also, there were several pill boxes from WW11.

We could hear birds singing but I couldn't see them. The town was ok but generally not great for photographs but the people were very nice. Best Wishes, Ray
